Facilitation

Our seasoned facilitator will work with you to get the right people in the room and focus on the things that are necessary to achieve your objectives. We will work with you to set clear goals with a detailed agenda; conduct a situational analysis with a SWOT, gap analysis and environmental scan; ensure there is an action plan at the end of the meeting; and engage every person in attendance.

Zdenka Buric is a senior communicator with a background in public affairs, media relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing and facilitation. Zdenka spent five years in Ottawa advising politicians, over 20 years with NATIONAL Public Relations, the last seven as the managing partner, and two years with BC Children’s Hospital Foundation as the VP of Marketing and Communications.

Jody Robertson is a communications and governance professional with 25 years' experience in both the public and private sectors. A former reporter, Jody was the chief spokesperson for British Columbia's largest emergency communications centre, E-Comm, for 18 years. Well versed in public affairs, crisis communications, public education, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning and board governance, Jody's previous roles included organizations such as Rogers Broadcasting, ICBC and the BC Cancer Agency.

Alex McMillan draws on 20 years of diverse experience in government, politics and the private sector and is uniquely positioned to provide strategic communications, government relations and advocacy counsel.  Alex began his career in Victoria as a senior political staffer and later as a bureaucrat in various provincial ministries.  He spent over five years as a consultant at NATIONAL Public Relations and most recently worked for three years at an integrated forestry company in Vancouver designing and executing its communications and government relations strategies before returning to consulting

Wendy Richmond is a communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience in a diverse range of industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a certificate in Technical Writing from Simon Fraser University. Wendy has a keen eye for detail, is tech-savvy and has exceptional organizational skills. Areas of expertise include technical documentation, content development, and social media channel management.
